Alaska
Bonanza Bar & Grill (Skagway)While on our Alaska cruise we made a stop in Skagway, AK, and spent the day sight seeing. Hungry for lunch (that was not on the cruise ship) we stopped in the Bonanza Bar & Grill for a delicious burger and fries. Although this place was incredibly busy with cruisers they wait staff and bartender was friendly.

Red Dog Saloon (Juneau)The Red Dog Saloon in Juneau, Alaska, has been around since the heyday of Juneau's mining era. Because several cruise ships were at port in Juneau this historical saloon was crowded! Fortunately, we found two empty barstools and bellied up to the bar for a cold beer and some chips & queso. We enjoyed crowd watching and listening to the "ragtime" piano player. Watch out for the saw dust covered floor as it can be a bit slippery.

Maggie's Kitchen (Ouray)While riding the Harley on the Million Dollar Highway of Colorado we developed an appetite and needed to satisfy it with a Colorado green chili cheeseburger. To get the delicious fried treats and experience breathtaking views, visitors can hike, bike, or drive up the mountain.

We had pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next few days! We highly recommend stopping here when visiting the area.
